ALL custom orders must be paid for in advance no exceptions. If you would like a customer order please send me an email informing me of what you want. NO RETURNS on custom items NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow up to 14 working days for custom orders to be complete, if there is an issue on my end with the completion date I will contact you ASAP.
